Hiya has been a mainstay in our home for years, and over time we’ve added their new products into our routines. What started as a best-in-class, clean-ingredient kids multivitamin has grown into a full range of offerings, including greens, hydration, and a bedtime essential. So, which is right for your family, and how do they work into our routine? Read on to find out.

Three colorful containers labeled hiya (yellow, green, and blue) are displayed on a shelf, with a blurred background of patterned bags and fabric. Text above reads: the tiny lineup behind our very big days..

⭐️ Kids Daily Multivitamin: This is where it all began for us. A once-daily chewable in a cute glass container that my kids loved to decorate. Decorating it made it feel like “theirs,” something they were genuinely excited to have. While they loved the container, I loved that there’s no sugar in these, and they’re not a gummy filled with unhelpful ingredients. It provides 15+ essential vitamins and minerals, formulated by a pediatrician to support their growth and development and supports immunity.

The Multivitamin is part of our morning routine, and the kids take it before school with their breakfast.

🌱 Kids Daily Greens + Superfoods: Back-to-school means my kids are eating fewer meals at home. Plus, at the age my kids are, they’re always going through different phases of what they like and don’t like, and surprise, vegetables are often the first to get the axe when they’re feeling picky. Between that and being home less on busier days, I have less control over ensuring they’re getting optimal vitamins and nutrients throughout their day. Hiya’s Greens + Superfoods helps ease my mind, so on the days we’re grabbing takeout for dinner between after-school activities, or they grab a slice of pizza for lunch in the cafeteria, I can still be sure they’re getting everything they need. It also tastes like chocolate milk, so it’s an easy “YES” from my kids 😂

We usually mix this up in the evenings as a “sweet treat” (shhh, there’s no added sugar).

💧 Kids Daily Hydration: It feels like every kid now carries a water bottle, which is a habit I love. That said, how often they’re actually drinking from it throughout the school day is a bit of a mystery. Hiya Hydration is another one that eases my worries. The clean, third-party-tested powder has electrolytes, fiber, and vitamins, and it’s made with real fruit and no added sugar. My daughter always sees me adding things to my water — herbs, fruit, electrolytes, you name it — so she loves that she gets her own version too. The berry flavor is an easy win with kids, and it isn’t overpowering or too sweet, so it doesn’t wreck their palates.

This goes in their water bottles for school to give them a boost throughout the day!

😴 Kids Bedtime Essentials: During the summer, bedtime is a more casual affair. It’s often later than ideal, and sleeping in is on the agenda. Now that we’re back in school and up early, getting to bed on time is key. I feel like every mom friend I know has struggled with bedtimes at some point, and for us, it’s about easing back into an earlier routine once the school year starts. I’ve leaned on Hiya Bedtime Essentials for support. Sleep aids can feel scary, but knowing Hiya’s is a non-habit-forming, third-party tested, and melatonin-free ‘wind-down’ aid instead, made with natural ingredients, puts me at ease. Bedtimes are calmer, and I can exhale a bit knowing they’ll be better rested in the morning.

We take it as part of our bedtime routine, before they brush their teeth, about 30 minutes before I’m hoping they’ll be asleep.

Letting go of another summer is bittersweet, but I also love getting back into our routines. As a House CEO, I thrive on opportunities to make our home run smoothly and to create an environment that supports my kids’ growth, health, and happiness. Adding more Hiya products into our routine was such an easy choice. When I think about each product we use, it really comes back to peace of mind — that they’re getting the nutrients they need, that their immune systems are supported, that they’re getting a good night’s rest, and that they’re staying properly hydrated. Moms know that worrying about all of these things is basically a full-time job, so make your job a little easier and explore Hiya today.
