The Best Dusting Spray

My dusting spray is safe and effective. It is non tox and will keep dust off your home items so you can spend less time dusting!

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups distilled water
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, or coconut oil
  • 1-2 drops of dish soap
  • 10 drops of citrus essential oil, like lemon, orange, or grapefruit

Instructions 

Combine the Ingredients:

  • In a clean spray bottle (preferably glass or BPA-free plastic), pour in 2 cups of distilled water and 1 cup of white vinegar.

Add the Oils:

  • Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil or melted coconut oil. This will help to condition and protect wooden surfaces while trapping dust.

Add Dish Soap and Essential Oil:

  • Add a drop or two of dish soap. This helps break down grime. Then, add 10 drops of your preferred citrus essential oil for a fresh scent and additional cleaning power.

Shake Well:

  • Before each use, shake the bottle well to mix the oil and water, as they will naturally separate when left standing.

To Use:

  • Lightly spray the dusting spray onto a microfiber cloth or directly onto the surface you wish to clean. Wipe down furniture, shelves, or other surfaces, and enjoy the fresh, clean scent.
