Ensure the air fryer is unplugged and completely cool before starting the cleaning process.

Fill a large container or your sink with warm water, enough to fully submerge the air fryer basket and other removable parts.

Drop a dish detergent pod into the warm water. Allow it to dissolve completely, releasing the cleaning agents into the water.

Place the air fryer basket and other removable parts into the soapy water. Make sure they are fully submerged.

Let them soak for at least 15-30 minutes. For tougher, more stubborn grime, consider soaking them for an hour or even overnight.

After soaking, use a non-abrasive sponge or brush to gently scrub the basket and other parts. The grime and grease should come off more easily due to the soaking.

Pay special attention to any areas with stubborn residue, applying a bit more pressure if needed.

Rinse all parts thoroughly with clean, warm water to remove any remaining detergent residue.

Ensure that all soap is completely washed away to prevent any residual taste or smell during future use.

Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe down all parts, or allow them to air dry completely. Make sure there is no remaining moisture to prevent mold or mildew.

While the parts are soaking, wipe down the exterior and interior of the main air fryer unit with a damp cloth. Avoid getting water into any electrical components.

If needed, use a bit of the soapy water to gently clean any grime inside the unit, then wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

Once all parts are dry, reassemble the air fryer. Make sure everything is properly aligned and secured.

Store the air fryer in a cool, dry place until the next use.
