🍹 Bundt Pan Cocktail Ingredients
This cocktail recipe has two parts: the ice ring mold and punch.
Bundt Pan Ice Mold
- Liquid:
- Water: For a mocktail, use filtered or distilled water. If your water is unfiltered, boil it so the ice mold isn’t cloudy. I don’t recommend using water for a punch with alcohol. It will water it down too much.
- Juice is a great option for an alcoholic or nonalcoholic cocktail. It adds flavor and won’t water down your punch as it melts. I use equal parts pineapple and orange juice for this recipe.
- Wine: You can also make your ice ring with wine, e.g., rosé, chardonnay, pinot grigio, or sauvignon blanc. Don’t use a bubbly wine–it won’t freeze well.
- Decorations:
- Fruit: Use dried or fresh fruit, such as orange, lemon, grapefruit, or lime slices, berries, or pineapple.
- Herbs: Try it with fresh mint, basil, or dill.
- Edible Flowers are not required, but they add a pretty touch to the ice ring for punch.
Punch Cocktail
- Lemon-Lime Soda: Use your favorite, like Sprite or 7UP.
- Juice: I prefer organic pineapple and orange juice, but regular works too. Make sure to buy OJ without pulp.
- Alcohol: You’ll need two cups of vodka and a bottle of champagne.
- Strawberries: Slice two cups of strawberries.
- Mint: Stir a cup of fresh mint leaves into the punch and garnish with some extra.

- Ice Ring: Pour your liquid into the bundt pan and decorate with fruit, herbs, and edible flowers. Freeze it for eight hours or overnight. To remove it from the pan, run it under warm water until it loosens.
- Vodka Punch Recipe: In a punch bowl, combine the soda, juices, vodka, and champagne. Add the strawberries, mint, and ice ring.
- How to Rim Glasses: Pour some sanding sugar on a plate and moisten the rim of the glasses with a citrus wedge (lime, orange, etc.). Turn the glass upside down and place it in the sugar, rotating to coat the rim. This step is optional, but it adds a nice touch.
- How to Serve: Spoon the punch into cocktail glasses with a ladle.

Punch Cocktail
- 2 liters lemon-lime soda
- 2 cups organic no-pulp orange juice
- 2 cups organic pineapple juice
- 2 cups vodka, for mocktails, Ritual Zero-proof Vodka
- 1 bottle champagne, for mocktails, use nonalcoholic champagne
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- Sanding sugars, for rims of glasses, optional
Instructions
Ice Ring
- Nonalcoholic: Pour filtered water (or boiled, unfiltered water) OR orange juice and pineapple juice into the bundt pan.
- Wine Ice Ring: Pour a bottle of wine (no bubbly wine) into the bundt pan.
- Place dried or fresh fruit, fresh herbs, and edible flowers into the liquid.
- Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- To release the ice ring, run the bundt pan under warm water, and it will come loose. Add the ring to your punch bowl.
Punch
- Pour the lemon-lime soda, orange juice, pineapple juice, vodka, and champagne into the punch bowl.
- Place the ice ring in the bowl with the sliced strawberries and mint leaves.
- To rim your cocktail glasses with sanding sugar, moisten the rim of the glass with an orange wedge (or other citrus). Pour some sugar on a small plate. Place the top of the glass in the sugar and rotate to cover the rim with sugar.
- Serve immediately with a big ladle.
